Jell-O Syrup

Jell-O Syrup is a fun way to add a new flavor or color to regular ole’ pancakes.  It can be used as a topping for ice cream, to make crazy oatmeal, or just to drizzle on a plate (if you like to go all out!).  The holiday possibilities are endless with so many color and flavor choices!  Enjoy!

Recipe:

1 3oz. box of your favorite flavor of Jell-O

1/2 cup sugar

2 Tbsp. Cornstarch

1 cup water

Bring to a rolling boil, pour into a syrup pitcher (or a pint jar) and let cool slightly before serving.  Syrup will set up as it cools.  Just reheat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and you’re good to go!
